About Community Integrated Care
Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We transform lives by delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support that fosters independence and empowerment.
Founded in 1988, we pioneered the ‘Care in the Community’ agenda, enabling people to move out of long‑stay institutions and live more fulfilling lives. Since then, we’ve remained leaders in social care, providing bespoke support to thousands across the UK. Today, we support more than 2,600 people and employ 6,600 caring and committed colleagues across England and Scotland.
We have a proud history of breaking boundaries and are always looking for new ways to make a positive difference through bold ideas, innovative projects and impactful partnerships.
What You Will Be Doing
You will work closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns. Each person is unique, so your support will be person‑centred and focused on achieving the best possible lives with them.
Working with housing associations and local authorities, you will provide care and support in purpose‑built accommodation for older people. Residents benefit from a range of communal facilities including a bistro, hobby/craft room, IT suite, residents lounge, landscaped gardens, hair salon, conservatory, guest accommodation, an assisted pamper bathroom, and a car park. Activities at Crawshaw Court include music, dance, IT tuition and bingo sessions, helping residents stay active, engaged and socially connected.
The setting includes 18 one‑bedroom bungalows and 52 flats, some with two bedrooms, enabling people who are predominantly over the age of 55 to live independently with the reassurance of 24/7 on‑site support.

We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunities and Disability Confident employer.
