Pastoral Support for Student Wellbeing & Attendance

Ormiston Park Academy is seeking a Pastoral Support Assistant to join our Pastoral Team, supporting students in attendance, safety, wellbeing, behaviour and progress. You will work with a specific year group to uphold high standards and expectations.

You will communicate verbally and in writing with students, parents, external agencies and the Local Authority, motivating pupils and supporting their knowledge development based on individual needs.
