Kinship Care Social Worker – Hybrid Contract

Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Social Worker to join the SSW Kinship Care Team on a short-term contract. This full-time hybrid role is based at Stopford House and aims to support vulnerable children and families through kinship foster care.

The contract is two weeks, with potential flexibility. You will provide supervision to kinship carers, undertake essential assessments, and manage case documentation while working both remotely and in the office.
