Overview
Pupil Support Assistant – Longstone Primary School. Salary: £26,806 – £27,032 (pro-rata for part-time and sessional). Hours: 26 per week, 39 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Work the following hours: Monday – Thursday 8.50am – 3.15pm, Friday 8.50am – 12.30pm.
- Collaborate with the pupil support team to support learning, teaching and inclusion across the school.
Requirements and checks
- This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
- The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
- Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outwith the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
- An unconditional offer of employment is subject to satisfactory outcome of these pre-employment checks.
