Support Worker – Adults with Disabilities | Flexible Hours

The Avenues Trust Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Stowmarket to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will cover shifts including 8am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm across the 7-day week, delivering personal care and daily living support to help clients live independently.

No care experience? If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or childcare, you already have transferable skills—we’ll train you further.
