Packaging Operator – 4on/4off, TPM & Continuous Improvement

Heineken UK is seeking a Technical Operator to join our production line on a 4on 4off shift pattern. You will ensure high-speed packaging machinery runs safely and efficiently, perform quality checks, and manage stock levels using SAP.

You will identify root causes and drive improvements through TPM while supporting a zero-accident culture. The role requires GCSEs in Maths & English, familiarity with IT systems, and an eagerness to learn.
