Enhanced Teaching Assistant – Special Needs Support

Croft Community School in Durham is seeking six Enhanced Teaching Assistants to join a dedicated team supporting pupils with complex needs. You will work with teachers to deliver learning, promote independence and ensure inclusive access to a broad curriculum.

This role requires proactive, caring individuals with experience in SEND, strong English communication and safeguarding. Term-time pay and DBS disclosure are part of the package.
