Marmon Lift Recruitment is now recruiting for a Lift Technician to cover a route across West London. The portfolio includes a mix of passenger lifts and goods lifts.

Commutable from: Richmond, Wimbledon, Ealing, Uxbridge, Streatham, Hammersmith, Harrow, Mitcham, Twickenham, Hayes, Slough, Staines-upon-Thames, and London areas.
Ideal Lift Technician:
- NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering – Essential
- Full, clean driving licence – Essential
- At least 5 years of proven experience within lift engineering, ideally in a technical or senior field-based role
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Confident in supervising and supporting other engineers
Responsibilities of a Lift Technician:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and test reports
- Attend and resolve breakdowns and faults across passenger and goods lifts
- Provide technical support with fault-finding and complex issues
- Recommend and implement improvements to lifting operational procedures
- Supervise lift engineering and technical staff, ensuring adherence to health & safety standards
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and promote operational excellence
