Years is seeking a Support and Retention Specialist to ensure dog owners feel supported, heard and confident in the food they’re feeding their dogs. You’ll respond to queries across email, live chat, social channels and phone, helping troubleshoot issues, amend orders and create memorable, positive interactions.
You will collaborate with Operations, Nutrition and Product to understand customer needs and drive improvements.
