The AA is seeking a Training Delivery & Support Specialist to bring learning to life through engaging remote and face-to-face training for Roadside Operations teams in a hybrid role based in Basingstoke. You will work with the Training Manager to shape and develop training programmes that meet business needs and regulatory standards.
The role requires strong facilitation, coaching and industry knowledge with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and learner engagement.
