Role: Teaching Assistant

Salary (Actual Salary): £20,175 – £20,495 (Grade 3, SCP5-6)
Working Pattern: 34 Hours Per Week, Term Time only (39 weeks)
Responsibilities
- Provide practical and learning support to students, including those with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher.
- Work directly with teachers to implement tailored learning activities and provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups.
- Assist with intervention management, including support for SEND and EAL students.
- Contribute to developing individualized student support plans and monitor progress.
