Second Chef: 3am Start in Fast-Paced Kitchens

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking a Second Chef to support our Head Chef across fast-paced, high-volume restaurants in Greater London. You will help deliver outstanding dining experiences and uphold TRG’s brand standards.

You’ll lead a busy team, manage quality, and collaborate with award-winning food teams. The role requires early starts around 3 am and a passion for cooking excellence within a dynamic hospitality group.
