Job Summary

Vacancy: Multi‑Trade Operative – Experienced Plumber

Location: West Malling, Ebbsfleet, Ashford, and surrounding areas

Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus vehicle, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across all specialist trades and secondary trades.
• Complete works efficiently and within required deadlines.
• Provide first‑class customer care to residents and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experienced plumber with additional trade skills.
• Valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
• Eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
• Must reside in England or Wales during employment.
• Undergo Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
