Senior Early Years Trainer & Coach

FIND | Creating Futures is seeking an Early Years Trainer to deliver high-quality teaching to learners across Levels 2 and 3, with Level 5 delivery desired.

The role covers the M4 corridor, with most learners in Reading and Oxford, and occasional travel to Bristol. Hybrid working combines office and learner settings.

Ideal candidates will have strong nursery leadership experience (Deputy Nursery Manager or Nursery Manager), be resilient, adaptable, and passionate about developing others.
