Cappello Lounge in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen, drive day-to-day operations and uphold exceptional food quality. This on-site, full-time role offers a clear path for progression within the Loungers family.

You will manage shifts, mentor KP, Chefs and Sous Chefs, and work closely with front-of-house to deliver a seamless guest experience. A strong focus on KPIs and cost control is essential.
