Hands-On Mechanical Workshop Technician (Engineering Lab)

The University of Sheffield seeks a hands-on support Technician to join the School’s technical team in the Faculty of Engineering. You will assist in manufacturing precision components for teaching and research, and provide practical technical support to undergraduate and postgraduate projects.

Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader, you will operate a range of workshop techniques, uphold Health and Safety standards, and help plan and run the workshop for busy teaching labs.
