We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Studio Supervisor for our Bristol Studio. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for approximately 9 months, with the possibility of an extension, subject to business requirements. Covering days, evenings and weekends, offering a minimum of 18 hours per week. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness.
As Studio Supervisor, you’ll help create a welcoming, spotless, and vibrant studio experience for every customer who walks through the door. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, support the team and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Note: The role involves supervising studio operations, supporting the team, and delivering high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily opening/closing tasks, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating with the Studio Manager to meet targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
What we are looking for
Essential
- English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill
- At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
- Experience working towards a goal or target – demonstratable by previous roles/education
- Able to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
- Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges
Desirable
- Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
- Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience
