Empowering Primary SEMH Teacher (KS3–KS4)

Academics is seeking a Primary SEMH Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in Southampton. You will teach pupils in KS3–KS4, adapting lessons to different learning levels and SEMH needs, and will work to establish positive relationships while managing behaviour in a challenging setting.

You will collaborate with staff to support individual pupil progress and wellbeing, drawing on empathy, resilience and strong classroom management to create a supportive learning environment.
