Graduate Teaching Assistant – Learning Support & Safeguarding

Ark Bolingbroke Academy is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils, parents and teachers in creating a positive learning environment conducive to growth. The role is permanent and term-time only, with a salary that reflects the Ark Support Payscale Grade 2, Points 2-3.

Starting September 2026, the successful candidate will be professional, compassionate and committed to safeguarding, confidentiality and providing high‑quality support to students across the academy.
