TLTP Group is seeking a Nurture Teacher for a specialist SEMH school in West Drayton. The role is full-time, focusing on supporting secondary pupils (KS3–KS5) with SEMH needs in a nurturing, structured environment to achieve GCSEs and progression.

You will deliver high-quality lessons, work within a multidisciplinary team, and uphold safeguarding standards while building positive relationships with students and parents. The school emphasises small class sizes and tailored support.
