SEMH Youth Support Worker — Empower Students in Schools

Teaching Personnel is seeking Youth Support Workers to assist pupils with SEMH needs across Salford from September. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping students engage with education and develop socially and emotionally.

Successful candidates will have experience working with young people, strong communication skills, and a patient, empathetic approach. Term-time, full-time roles with ongoing training and potential long-term opportunities.
