Night Data Center Technician (L3) – 3rd Shift

Rackspace Technology in the United Kingdom seeks a Data Centre Operations Technician (L3) to own IT infrastructure within the data centre, ensuring customer environments are secure and operate at high uptime. The role involves 3rd shift, 20:30–06:30, 4 days a week, with weekend coverage.

You will troubleshoot hardware and OS issues, support Windows, Linux, VMware ESX, manage storage and network devices, and perform 5S housekeeping while adhering to security policies.
