Senior Care Leader — Person-Centred Dementia Support

HC-One in Nottingham is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver personalised care for residents with dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist needs.

You will plan care to give residents security, dignity and independence, and build strong relationships with residents and their families. You’ll assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager and help with medication and engaging activities.
