Senior Care Assistant — Lead Compassionate Dementia Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care in our dementia, nursing and residential settings. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain records, and assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to deliver personalised care plans.

Ideal candidates will have Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care or NVQ, with progression toward Level 3, and a background in care planning for people with dementia.
