Academics is recruiting on behalf of a friendly two-form entry primary school in Mid Sussex for a full-time Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026. Role
- Full-time Class Teacher.
- Fixed-term contract for the full academic year (September 2026 – July 2027).
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with parallel year group colleagues in a two-form entry setting.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- A positive, enthusiastic and reflective approach to teaching.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A commitment to providing high-quality teaching and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
