HGV Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm (12 Weeks)

Weekly Pay (Temp Phase):

• £14.50 per hour (accrued holidays)
• £16.25 per hour (advanced holidays)Overtime availablePaid night-out allowance

Permanent Package (after 12 weeks):

• £30,000 salary

About the Role

Driver Hire Grangemouth is recruiting a Class 2 Driver for a well-established timber distribution company. This is a great opportunity to secure a permanent role with a respected business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering timber and sheet materials
• Securing loads safely and following procedures
• Providing excellent customer service
• Completing paperwork and vehicle checks
• Occasional night-outs (paid)
• Supporting yard duties when needed

What you’ll need:

• Class 2 (Cat C) licence (minimum 2 years)
• CPC & Digital Tachograph card
• Previous Class 2 experience (timber/building materials ideal)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness for manual handling
• Reliable and safety-focused
