Overview
Clean Team Member – Bridgend FWC | Cleaning | Permanent | Part time. Salary up to £26,707.20 pro rata depending on experience.
As the UK’s leading healthcare charity, we’re committed to high standards of customer service and cleanliness in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs. You will help create a clean, safe and pleasant environment for customers. You will work with a Team Leader to plan your tasks so cleaning does not disrupt the customer experience. Training and modern cleaning equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare a range of areas at the club
- Care about our customers and take pride in your work
- Follow cleaning processes to keep the location clean, pleasant and safe for customers
- Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines and carpet cleaners)
- Perform tasks across gym, changing rooms, showers, poolside, waste removal and periodic deep cleaning
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a similar cleaning role preferred
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers
