Senior Care Lead – Nights (Dementia & Residential)

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts (44 hours/week). You will lead a team of Care Assistants and support residents with dementia, nursing, and residential care.

You’ll plan and implement personalised care while ensuring dignity, security, and independence. You will work alongside the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, maintaining accurate records, and encouraging meaningful activities.
