Overview
We’re looking for dedicated SEND Teachers to join a range of specialist schools across Sunderland from September. You’ll support pupils with Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Severe Learning Difficulties, SEMH and additional complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work alongside experienced Teaching Assistants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support pupils’ personal, emotional and educational development.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
