Year 5 or Year 6 Teacher – September 2026
Vision for Education are seeking a nurturing and inspirational Year 5 or Year 6 Teacher to join a well regarded primary school in the Wisbech area for the full academic year, beginning in September 2026. This role offers a valuable opportunity to join a team of experienced and hardworking teachers, supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and develop new skills.
This is a full-time, maternity cover post. The school are open to a job share for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching
- Work collaboratively within the Key Stage 2 team
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Plan and deliver engaging, enriching and inclusive learning opportunities
- Build strong relationships with pupils and parents
Qualifications and Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Full enhanced DBS clearance (assistance available to obtain this if needed)
- Two referees we can approach for references to support recent teaching employment
- A passion for providing quality education
- Recent experience teaching within a Primary School
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
