Overview

We are seeking a trained and experienced butcher for our factory night shift. This role focuses on producing both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry using excellent knife skills.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday with additional flexibility where required. Night shift schedules apply.

Responsibilities

• Use knife skills to produce primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
• Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
• Communicate effectively within the team and embrace change.
• Support commercial objectives by understanding yields and costs.
