La Fontana Dementia Nursing Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Activities Coordinator on a 36-hour weekly contract at £12.71 per hour. The role focuses on delivering person-centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and social interaction for residents with dementia.
Training and support are provided, and you will work alternate weekends as part of a wider care team in a purpose-built facility near Martock, Somerset.
