Overview

Clean Team Member — Bristol Clifton FWC | Cleaning | Permanent contract | Part time. Salary £26,707.20 pro rata for 20 hours per week. As the UK’s leading Healthcare Charity, we focus on high standards of customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at the club, including gym, changing rooms, showers, and poolside areas.
• Ensure a clean, pleasant, and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Follow cleaning processes and use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, carpet cleaners).
• Handle waste removal and perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as required.
• Organise work and manage time effectively with guidance from a Team Leader to minimise disruption to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to follow established cleaning procedures.
• Friendly nature and good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.
