Minibus Driver

Package Description & Shift Details

Shift Details: 7-9 am and 7-9 pm.

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Minibus Driver at Merlin Court Care Home in Marlborough.

Responsibilities

• Providing transportation services for team members to and from various activities while delivering quality service.
• Assisting team members with any special needs during transportation, such as carrying packages and opening doors.
• Always focusing on driving, directing tasks and passenger interactions to onboard support staff while the vehicle is in motion.
• Providing miscellaneous pickup and delivery services as needed.

About You

• Have a PCV license with Cat D1 and a clean driving record.
• Able to drive a minibus.
• Attend periodic Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training as required.
• Be knowledgeable of all safety precautions and comply with safety procedures.
• Be able to react calmly in emergencies and be considerate.
