Olympic Pathway Rowing Development Coach

British Rowing is seeking a Performance Development Coach based at Lea Rowing Club in East London. The role will identify, recruit and develop new athletes—predominantly Juniors and students/U21s—with future Olympic potential who might not enter rowing through traditional pathways.
