Marketing Apprentice

Overview

You will support Scale Health, developing Holi, our proprietary intelligence platform. Through market research and data curation, you will build and maintain a market-leading intelligence database that underpins sales, recruitment, and growth strategy. Your work will transform raw market information into actionable insights, enabling teams to identify opportunities, engage clients effectively, and make smarter commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Research markets, organisations and talent pools
• Support business development and outreach activity
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and CRM systems
• Engage with candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
• Use AI and technology tools to improve productivity
• Support consultants on live client and candidate projects

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
• Ambitious, driven and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in business, technology or healthcare
• Comfortable using new systems and tools
• Looking for a long-term career
