Class 1 Driver – 24/7 Trunking, Flexible Shifts

Rapier is recruiting Class 1 drivers for trunking and collection routes based in Baginton and nearby Coventry. You will operate a brand‑new fleet on both day and night shifts, with an emphasis on smooth trunking and load handling with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role offers 24/7 operation on various shifts, with increased rates after 12 weeks and minimum 8 hours paid. Holiday pay accrues and shifts are flexible, with a modern fleet and long shifts typical.
