Red 5 People is seeking a dedicated resettlement worker to support clients in the Cambridge/Huntingdon area. You will meet clients one-to-one to help with housing, resettlement, healthcare, education, and employment planning, building clear, structured release plans.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will signpost to local services, maintain accurate records and safeguard wellbeing, ensuring continuity of support as clients transition back into the community.
