Area Support Chef at Impact Food Group

Overview

Central Support Chef / Area Support — Aldershot, Guildford and along the A3. This full-time, on-site role covers a portfolio of schools and involves training and supporting onsite chefs, covering sickness, and joining the mobilisation team. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the training and development of onsite chefs.
• Cover sickness across sites and support the mobilisation team.
• Work with the operations manager across the portfolio of sites.
• Provide kitchen support as needed, with craft skills in cooking and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in chef management (ideally in secondary education).
• Passion for food and service, strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, highly organised.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.

Working conditions and details

• Location: Aldershot and surrounding areas (Aldershot, Guildford and along the A3).
• Working days: Monday to Friday; 45 hours per week; term-time with inset days and 3 additional weeks.
• Salary: £35,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement.
