Branch Banking Customer Advisor (12-Month FTC)

OneSavings Bank PLC seeks a Customer Service Assistant for our Hempstead Branch on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role focuses on delivering high-quality face-to-face service, handling banking transactions, and supporting customers in a busy branch environment.

The position involves cash handling, daily banking routines, and assisting with account changes, bereavements, and power of attorney matters. Normal hours are 35 per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, plus some Saturdays.
