Job Description:
Jobster is seeking an HRIS Systems & Data Apprentice in Bristol for an 18-month fixed-term role. You’ll learn by doing, building hands-on capability in HR systems administration, data governance and reporting within HiBob, while collaborating with HR and the Data & Business Analytics teams to ensure accurate, useful HR data.
You’ll support data clean-up, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports, progressing through governance, access control, and integrations as you gain experience in HR analytics
