Dynamic Headteacher for Two Small Schools

Marlpool Federation of Schools invites applications for a Headteacher to lead Marlpool Infant School and Marlpool Junior School from 1 January 2027. The role sits within a two-school trust with a governing board and aims to build on existing successes while guiding the schools forward on their next journey.

The successful candidate will lead a small staff, work in partnership with Governors, and engage a supportive community to drive improvement and excellence across both sites.
