Responsibilities

• Run your section confidently during service
• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain consistency, cleanliness, and organisation
• Help deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally at senior level
• Passion for Italian cuisine and quality ingredients
• Experience working on a pizza section is an advantage, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and consistently high standards
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn and grow
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
