Female SIA Door Supervisors

Overview

We are Showsec, the award-winning venue and event security specialist dedicated to achieving excellence in crowd management.

We are seeking additional female SIA Door Supervisors to join our Leicester team at a variety of venues. You will mainly be working at Leicester City FC, with occasional work at O2 Academy Leicester and venues further afield in the East Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues in person and over the radio in loud and busy environments.
• Take initiative in implementing crowd safety measures and maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and customers.
• Deliver excellent service with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and competency.
• Be available to work during evenings and weekends due to the nature of the night-time economy and events industry.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in high‑noise environments.
• Confidence to take initiative and make crowd-safety decisions as needed.
• Professional conduct, integrity, and competency expected at all times.
• Willingness to participate in training and progression opportunities within Showsec’s career ladder.
• Availability to work across venues in the East Midlands, including Leicester City FC and O2 Academy Leicester.
• Video interview may be required as part of the application process.
