Senior Support Resilience Specialist

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Representative to join the newly formed Support Resilience team in Manchester. You will handle complex cases across Insurance, Reviews, and Payments, mentoring juniors and helping keep processes and training up to date.

You’ll work in a flexible, cross-functional role, delivering surge support and ensuring targets are met, while collaborating with stakeholders across the Rider Services Centre.
