SEN Provision TA — Primary Support & Behavior Champion

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a mainstream primary with a SEN provision in Chigwell. The role focuses on assisting with learning across age groups and managing behaviour to create a safe, structured environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior PRU/Alternative Provision experience and a calm, empathetic approach to supporting pupils with SEN and behavioural needs. Flexibility to work across different settings is essential.
