Teaching Assistant: Empower Learning & SEND Support

Pool Hayes Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learning in line with the national curriculum, SEND Code of Practice and academy policies. The role runs 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum, with commence date 01 September 2026.

The appointed candidate will work in partnership with class teachers, establishing positive relationships, delivering planned activities, and adapting activities to student responses in collaboration with SENCO or Assistant SENCO.
