Security Operations Supervisor — Assistant Manager

VIP Security (Essex) Ltd is seeking an experienced, organised Assistant Security Manager to support the operations leadership team at the Wickford Head Office. The role covers day-to-day security coordination across multiple contracts, staff supervision, rota planning and site visits, with overtime for events.

Applicants should hold an active frontline SIA Door Supervisor licence, possess a full UK driving licence and demonstrate supervisory experience within security.
