Logistics MHE & Safety Training Specialist

XPO Logistics is seeking an Operational Trainer to join our QSHE team on the Weetabix Contract. You will deliver high-quality training across site operations, focusing on MHE, manual handling, SOP and SSOW, and you will induct new starters, agency workers and visitors.

You will assess competence, maintain training records and audit trails, support re-training after incidents, and ensure legal and audit compliance.
