KS1 Teaching Assistant: Phonics & SEN Support (Long-Term)

Long Term Futures Ltd is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Birmingham to recruit a KS1 Teaching Assistant for a long-term opportunity, starting September 2026. You will support pupils across Key Stage 1, deliver targeted interventions, and assist children with additional needs.

There is occasional PPA cover; you will work with class teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress, promoting an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
